- Redness or flushing beyond what was there before
- Itching, burning, or stinging the client mentions
- Visible swelling, especially around the eyes or lips
✓What to Do
- Stop application in the affected area immediately
- Offer to remove the product with a gentle cleanser
- Recommend the client seek medical attention if symptoms are more than mild or don't subside
