Preventing Cross-Contamination Between Clients

Cross-contamination is one of the fastest ways to spread bacteria, and it's entirely preventable with the right habits.

Use a fresh sponge or applicator for every client — sponges are inexpensive and should never be reused between people
Use disposable mascara wands and lip applicators per client
Decant products like cream blush or lip color onto a palette instead of applying directly from the container

If you wouldn't want a product used on you the way you're about to use it on a client, that's a sign to change your approach.
