Module 9: Practical Assessment
Evaluation Criteria
You will be evaluated in four key areas — the same areas that define a professional bartender.
- **Accuracy** — correct measurements and balanced taste
- **Technique** — proper use of tools and methods (shaking, stirring, pouring)
- **Presentation** — clean glassware, proper garnish, overall appearance
- **Speed** — efficient workflow without mistakes
A good bartender performs well in all four areas. Being fast is not enough if the drink is inaccurate — and a perfect drink served too slowly will not work in a busy bar.
